Menomonee Falls-based Wahlgren-Schwenn is doing the design and construction work for the new 43,000-square-foot Krenz & Company headquarters that is being built at W132 N10940 Eisenhower Dr., Germantown.
Milwaukee-based Creative Business Interiors Inc. was recently awarded a contract with AAA to build-out the interiors of a 2,500 square foot retail space located in Grafton.
