Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. was contracted to design and build an 80,000-square-foot manufacturing facility for Lake Country Manufacturing Inc. at 950 Blue Ribbon Circle, Oconomowoc, in the Pabst Farms development. Briohn recently completed the design and construction of an interior office build out for Guaranty Bank in Bayshore Town Center in Glendale.
Waukesha-based Gerald Nell Inc. was selected by Kwik Trip INc. to install compressed natural gas fueling facilites at stations in Oshkosh and Grand Chute.
Construction began recently for The Cottages at Cedar Run, a 60-unit community-based residential facility in West Bend, which was designed by Milwaukee-based Plunkett Raysich Architects.
