Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. has completed the design and construction of a 96,000-square-foot industrial building for Northern Gear LLC at W160 S6609 Commerce Drive in Muskego’s Moorland Commerce Center West. Briohn has also started construction of an 8,600-square-foot retail building located at N96 W17950 County Line Road in Germantown.
