Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. was selected to design and build the renovation for a new PNC Bank branch at 4231 N. Oakland Ave., Milwaukee. Briohn has also been contracted to design and building a 2,850-square-foot remodeling of the women’s locker room at Elite Sports Club’s Brookfield location at 13825 W. Burleigh Road. Briohn also recently completed a 28,500-square-foot tenant remodeling for Hamacher Resource Group Inc. at W229 N2810 Duplainville Road, Unit #1, Pewaukee.
Waukesha-based The Redmond Company recently was awarded a contract to design and remodel the building at 639 W. Layton Ave., Milwaukee, into a Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurant.
