Brookfield-based R.A. Smith National is providing sitework engineering, project entitlement, landscape architecture, surveying, highway improvement design and traffic signal design services to Wilmette, Ill.-based Terraco Inc. for its Kenosha Gateway project, a 12-acre retail development at the northeast corner of Highway 31 and County Highway S in Kenosha. The project will include a CVS Pharmacy and six other retailers. The project will break ground this month and be completed in the spring of 2011.
Waukesha-based Total Team Construction LLC recently completed a remodeling project at the Anderson Seal warehouse at 2755 S. 160th St., New Berlin and began a remodeling and expansion project to Anderson Seal’s corporate headquarters 16555 W. Lincoln Ave., New Berlin.
West Allis-based Creative Business Interiors, recently completed a 13,000-square-foot office space remodeling project for the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC). The project included 26 workstations, 9 offices, conference seating and lobby furniture.
Waukesha-based The Redmond Company recently completed construction of a 3,800-square-foot bank branch for Carlinville National Bank in Oak Forest, Ill. The Redmond Company also recently began construction of a 4,300-square-foot branch bank for Athens State Bank in Petersburg, Ill.
