West Allis-based Triad Construction recently completed three projects for Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC): Stormer’s Café at the Mequon campus, lecture/classroom M456 at the downtown campus and a surgical tech suite renovation at the downtown campus. Triad also recently completed construction of a PNC Bank branch at Midtown Center in Milwaukee.
Milwaukee-based Dahlman Construction Co. is the general contractor for a 15,000-square-foot Alterra café and bakery building at the intersection of Kinnickinnic, Howell and Lincoln avenues in Milwaukee’s Bay View neighborhood.
Milwaukee-based KVG Building Corp recently began construction of a turn-key delivery for the 100,000-square-foot Valli Produce Grocery Store at 5880 E. State St. in Rockford, Ill. KVG also began construction on Noodles & Company at Mandel Group’s East Pointe Market Place on the East Side of Milwaukee in a portion of the former Blockbuster space. KVG recently completed construction on the Five Guys Burgers and Fries for franchisee Tim O’Shaughnessy at East Pointe Market Place that is now open for business at 544 E. Ogden Ave., Milwaukee.
