- Kenosha-based Riley Construction Co. was awarded a $15 million construction management contract for a 44,300-square-foot addition to the Kenosha County Public Safety Building. Milwaukee-based Zimmerman Architectural Studios is the architect for the project.
- Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. recently completed the design and construction of a roof reworking project for Everbrite Signs LLC at 315 Marion Ave., South Milwaukee. In addition, Briohn has completed the design and construction of a 13,100-square-foot interior tenant improvement for Bracemasters International LLC at 5075 S. Emmer Dr., New Berlin.
