Wauwatosa-based Selzer-Ornst Company was selected by Cobalt Partners LLC to update a strip mall at the corner of Mequon and Port Washington Road in Mequon. Selzer-Ornst was also selected by Starbucks Coffee Company to build a new Starbucks store at the corner of Mequon and Port Washington Roads in Mequon.
Waukesha-based Gerald Nell Inc. was selected by Bubon & Associates to design and build a 2,500-square-foot orthodontic clinic on the second floor of the Badger Bank building in Johnson Creek.
Waukesha-based The Redmond Company recently completed a 21,000-square-foot remodeling project of Silver Terrace Shopping Center at 5803 W. Silver Spring Dr., Milwaukee. Interior improvements included preparation of space for a new tenant, AutoZone.
