Waukesha-based Gerald Nell Inc. was selected by Wauwatosa-based Wangard Partners to renovate 32,000 square feet of office space for Hays Companies at 1200 N. Mayfair Road, Suite 100, Wauwatosa. Milwaukee-based Korb Tredo Architects Inc. did the design work for the project.
