Milwaukee-based Inland Construction Inc. was recently awarded: a 25,000-square-foot tenant improvement project for Johnson Controls Power Solution Group and a 15,000-sqaure-foot tenant improvement for Johnson Controls HR Transformation Group at 5055 Lydell Ave., Glendale; and a corporate restroom remodeling project for Foot Locker at 7800 Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee. Inland Construction recently completed: a 17,750-square-foot tenant improvement project for Wells Fargo Advisors and a 13,000-square-foot tenant improvement project for the Hupy & Abraham Law Offices at in the Milwaukee Center at 111 E. Kilbourn Ave.; a 4,896-square-foot tenant improvement at 8645 S. Howell Ave., Oak Creek, and a 3,210-square-foot tenant improvement at 840 Edwards Blvd., Lake Geneva, for Perfect Mattress of WI.
