Milwaukee-based Inland Construction was awarded: a 43,320-square-foot white box shell work project for Sports Authority at Bayshore Town Center in Glendale and a 1,496-square-foot tenant improvement project for Modelogic at 222 E. Erie St., Milwaukee. Inland Construction recently completed: capital improvements and restoration for the 100-unit The Grand Wisconsin Apartments building at 720 N. Old World Third St. in downtown Milwaukee and a 8,927-square-foot tenant improvement project for Hawks & Quindel S.C. at 222 E. Erie St., Milwaukee.

Milwaukee-based Eppstein Uhen Architects was selected by the UWM Real Estate Foundation to design the 25,000-square-foot UWM Institute for Industrial Innovation building, which will be built in the UWM Innovation Park in Wauwatosa. The business accelerator building will help grow companies that spin out of research at the Milwaukee Regional Medical Complex, the Medical College of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee County Research Park and other companies that locate within the UWM Innovation park. This will be the first building in the UWM Innovation Park and will house research faculty from UWM, incubator tenants and community space.

West Allis-based Triad Construction Inc. was recently awarded contracts to renovate an office suite for Tailor Made in Oconomowoc and to construct new entrances at the downtown Milwaukee Area Technical College campus.

Waukesha-based Redmond Company was selected to design and build a new façade for the Save-A-Lot store at the corner of North 76th Street and Hampton Avenue in Milwaukee.
