Wauwatosa-based Selzer-Ornst Construction Co. has been selected as construction manager for Cobalt Partner’s 60-acre, suburban mixed-use White Stone Station development in Menomonee Falls. Work to include over 200,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, hotel, office and financial facilities and will include a Costco and 200 multi-family living units.
