Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. recently completed the design and construction of a 72,000-square-foot multi-tenant building at N28 W24402 Watertown Road in Pewaukee. Sanborn Tube Sales of Wisconsin Inc. is moving into 50,400 square feet and there is an additional 21,600 square feet available for lease. In addition, Briohn has broken ground on a 42,074-square-foot building with a 2,307-square-foot mezzanine for Arcon Ring & Specialty Corp., located at 3776 Kettle Court East in Delafield.
Waukesha-based Gerald Nell Inc. was selected by Kwik Trip Inc. to install a compressed natural gas fueling facility at W229 N2086 Redford Blvd., Pewaukee.
