Keller Inc. was hired to renovate a 17,388-square-foot facility at 12011 W. Silver Spring Dr., Milwaukee, for Schlossmann BMW Motorcycles of Milwaukee & Triumph City of Milwaukee. Brad Schlossmann and Mike Schlossmann will be relocating their BMW motorcycle dealership from North 76^th Street and their Triumph motorcycle dealership from South 27^th Street to the former JCB building at 12011 W. Silver Spring Dr.

Milwaukee-based Kahler Slater was hired to design Mary Baldwin College’s new Murphy Deming College of Health Sciences in Fishersville, Va.

Charter Steel has selected Oconomowoc-based MSI General Corp. for the design, and construction of a building addition and interior remodeling at their existing facility in Saukville.
