Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. has been contracted to complete the design and construction of a 13,800-square-foot retail and medical office building located at 5506/5530 W. Brown Deer Road, in Brown Deer. Briohn has also been contracted for the renovation of the men’s locker room and family changing area at Elite Sports Club-Brookfield (Highlander), 13825 W. Burleigh Road, Brookfield.
