Milwaukee-based Inland Construction Inc. recently completed a 13,200-square-foot tenant improvement project for Aurora Health Care at 3935 W. Mitchell St., Milwaukee; a 2,200-square-foot tenant improvement project for Perfect Mattress of Wisconsin at 900 Gateway Ct., West Bend; and a 1,800-square-foot lobby remodeling project for the Blatz Wash House at 1101 Market St., Milwaukee. Inland Construction was recently awarded a 19,310-square-foot tenant improvement project for Reprographic Technologies at 3942 W. Burnham St. Milwaukee; and a 4,240-square-foot tenant improvement project for Diversified Management and a 2,590-square-foot tenant improvement project for Renaissance Power, both at 222 E. Erie St., Milwaukee.

Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. recently completed the design and construction of a 15,500-square-foot Burghardt Sporting Goods store at 8625 N. Port Washington Road, Fox Point. Briohn was also selected by Great Midwest Bank to do design and construction work for an exterior renovation of its Greendale branch at 5150 S. 76th St.

Oconomowoc-based MSI General Corp. will build a 28,850-square-foot addition, including a 1,200-square-foot auditorium, for RiverGlen Christian Church at Sunset Drive and Brookhill Road in Waukesha.
