Milwaukee-based Zilber Property Group plans to build a 90,000-square-foot speculative industrial building southwest of Beloit Road and Emmer Drive in New Berlin.
The company recently completed a 55,000-square-foot speculative industrial building nearby at 16235 W. Beloit Road. Helium Trampoline Park is leasing 25,623 square feet of space in that building.
