NEENAH – Neenah plans spending for downtown parking, projects

The city envisions spending more than $9 million by 2025 to assist with the redevelopment of the Downtown Gateway District and Arrowhead Park, according to a plan for a new tax incremental financing district.

The proposed public expenditures include $4.8 million for parking, $3.5 million for redevelopment incentives, $300,000 for the “Loop the Little Lake” trail and $100,000 for beautification and the removal of the defunct Fox Valley Energy Center.
