Nearly 1,000 job seekers expected at Autumn Recruitment Fair

The Workforce Development Center will host an Autumn Recruitment Fair on Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Waukesha County Technical College Gymnasium, 800 Main St. in Pewaukee.

The WDC said it expects almost 1,000 people who are searching for employment to attend the event. The event is free for job seekers.

About 36 employers, including HellermannTyton, ManpowerGroup and Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, have signed up to attend the event, where they will be provided space to conduct interviews.

Employers who are interested in having a booth at the job fair, and workers interested in attending can sign up at http://wfdc.org/job/jobfairs.htm.
