     Former Milwaukee Mayor JOHN NORQUIST, president of the Congress for New Urbanism in Chicago, will deliver this year’s PAUL OFFNER Lecture on Sept. 23 at UW-Madison’s Pyle Center. He will address "Urbanism and the Value of Cities."

    DPI Superintendent TONY EVERS has named CLAUDIA FELSKE, an English teacher at East Troy High School, as Wisconsin’s High School Teacher of the Year for 2010-11.
