WENDY KANNENBERG will serve as Jackson village president and BRIAN EMMRICH will serve as trustee following a successful recall election of President SCOTT MITTELSTEADT and Trustee JEFFERY BRANDNER. They’ll fill the remainder of the ousted leaders’ terms, which end April 2011.
