    Milwaukee attorney and Republican Party of Wisconsin Chairman REINCE PRIEBUS was mentioned in a Hotline story this week as a potential replacement for embattled RNC Chair MICHAEL STEELE. The profile of the various candidates to succeed Steele describes Priebus, the RNC’s legal counsel, as one of Steele’s closest allies and yet someone who has maintained good relations with committee members.     Milwaukee Co. Exec. SCOTT WALKER delivered 15,000 signatures to the Government Accountability Board Tuesday as he turned in his nomination papers for governor. The GAB only accepts 4,000 signatures from candidates running for statewide office, and 2,000 valid signatures are required to qualify for the ballot.
