    Former President George W. Bush will speak at a November fundraiser in Milwaukee for Teen Challenge, a Christian addiction rehab program. The Nov. 10 fundraiser will come one day after the release of Bush’s book, "Decision Points."
    Gov. Jim Doyle appointed Jessica Schwalenberg to the University of Wisconsin Board of Regents as the non-traditional student representative. She is slated to graduate this spring from UW-Waukesha with an associates degree and will attend UW-Milwaukee this fall to major in psychology. She replaces Kevin Opgenorth with a term that expires May 1, 2012.
