    Former DOA Secretary MARC MAROTTA has been named chairman of the Bradley Center Sports & Entertainment Corp. board. Marotta was DOA secretary from 2003 to 2005 and is a partner in the Milwaukee office of Foley & Lardner. Marotta replaces ULICE PAYNE JR., who had served as board chairman since 2001.     The National Taxpayers Union awarded U.S. Rep. JIM SENSENBRENNER, R-Menomonee Falls, its "Taxpayers’ Friend Award" for his voting record on fiscal matters. Sensenbrenner scored 95 percent on the group’s rating scale, which tied him for third place as the "most taxpayer friendly" House member.     Attorney General J.B. VAN HOLLEN announced felony election fraud charges against five individuals after Milwaukee Election Fraud Task Force investigations into the 2008 fall elections. Charges were filed against MARIA MILES and KEVIN CLANCY for submitting multiple voter registration applications to meet ACORN registration quotas, along with MICHAEL HENDERSON for voting while on probation and HERBERT and SUZANNE GUNKA for double voting.
