Gov. JIM DOYLE signed legislation designating a portion of I-43 in Milwaukee the JEANNETTA SIMPSON-ROBINSON Memorial Highway. Simpson-Robinson and her mother founded Career Youth Development, a Milwaukee youth services agency. Simpson-Robinson died at age 68 on Oct. 9, 2008. U.S. Rep. JIM SENSENBRENNER, R-Menomonee Falls, has earned the distinction of being the only House representative to ever serve four times as House manager for an impeachment trial.
