    The City of Milwaukee received the top prize in the National League of Cities’ City Cultural Diversity Awards at the group’s reception in Washington, D.C. this week. The award stems from Milwaukee’s implementation of the Community Benefits ordinance — authored by Ald.     Gov. JIM DOYLE signed legislation designating a portion of I-43 in Milwaukee the JEANNETTA SIMPSON-ROBINSON Memorial Highway. Simpson-Robinson and her mother founded Career Youth Development, a Milwaukee youth services agency. Simpson-Robinson died at age 68 on Oct. 9, 2008.     U.S. Rep. JIM SENSENBRENNER, R-Menomonee Falls, has earned the distinction of being the only House representative to ever serve four times as House manager for an impeachment trial. Sensenbrenner will serve as one of five House managers in the impeachment trial of Eastern Louisiana U.S. District Court JUDGE G. THOMAS PORTEOUS JR. Sensenbrenner previously served as House manager in the impeachment trials of federal judges SAMUEL B.
