The Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW) is partnering with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) to host its annual market update event at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 3 at the Italian Community Center, 631 E. Chicago St., Milwaukee.
“The partnership between NAIOP and CARW gives us the ability to provide the most current and up-to-date information to give practitioners a true perspective on the future of the market,” said Christine Korjenek, the executive director of NAIOP Wisconsin.
The Market Update will feature four of commercial real estate’s leading practitioners. They include: Michael Fardy of Inland Companies, Patrick Gallagher of Siegel-Gallagher, John McCardle of NAI MLG Commercial and Steven Palec of CB Richard Ellis.
“The combination of these leading industry experts along with the CARW/Xceligent market data will elevate the CARW/NAIOP partnership to the market event of the year, year after year,” said Jim Villa, CARW President.
