Local real estate investor Paul Weaver purchased the 24,000-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building at 4545 W. Burnham St., West Milwaukee, from Samuel Check Family Trust for $900,000.
Travis Tiede, Brett Garceau and Adam Matson of NAI MLG Commercial brokered the deal.
The building has four existing tenants: Fairbanks Scales, Huber Group, Neon Magic and Diamonds Fab. It has only 3,700 square feet of vacant space.
