Company launches Six Sigma training for financial services industry
ProcessArc Inc., a Milwaukee-based financial services consulting firm, recently launched a Six Sigma training division. One of the only firms focused on Six Sigma for the financial services sector, ProcessArc will provide four levels of training and certification: Green Belt, Black Belt, General Employee and Executive. A survey conducted by ProcessArc in 2007 found that 95 percent of respondents believed manufacturing Six Sigma training was sufficient for financial services firms.

Shahbaz Shahbazi, principal and co-founder of ProcessArc, said, "We spoke to Six Sigma trainers and institutional educators across the country and few understand the significant need for industry-specific training. Our goal is to provide better training options for anyone who wants to use the principles of Six Sigma to reduce costs and process risk while optimizing service and revenue for their financial services firms. Those who use our proprietary industry specific training have found that every $1 invested has generated an average return on investment of $650."

ProcessArc has delivered Financial Services Six Sigma training in private customized sessions for four years. "We know that it is time that we offer the same benefits to a larger audience," Shahbazi said. For additional information, visit www.processarctraining.com.
