Eric Thomas has been named senior vice president and market manager for AnchorBank’s Milwaukee Commercial Banking division. He will be responsible for growing the bank’s commercial business line in the area. Thomas has almost 35 years of commercial banking experience, most recently as managing director for the Wisconsin region for Fifth Third Bank. He holds a bachelor’s from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and serves as a board member at Lutheran Social Services and Hunger Task Force.

Stacy Schwefel has been promoted to office manager at United Credit Service Inc. in Elkhorn. She has worked at UCS since 2005, most recently as systems administration manager. Schwefel previously worked in accounts receivable management for seven years.

Krystin Zielinski has been promoted to collection counselor lead at UCS. She has worked at UCS for a year as telephone collection counselor. Zielinski has more than 13 years of collection experience, previously at Arrow Financial and Sallie Mae.
Dennis Tarnowski has been hired as a loan originator at GSF Mortgage in Brookfield. He has nine years of experience in the manufacturing industry, including estimating, customer service and inside sales.

Brian Gigl has been hired as assistant vice president-wealth fiduciary advisor at Johnson Bank. He has more than 12 years of wealth management experience, with a focus on trust and financial planning. Gigl, a certified financial planner, previously worked as a trust relationship manager at Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Co. and at BMO Private Bank.
