Waukesha State Bank has added Andrew Amenson to its mortgage lending staff. Amenson has 11 years of industry experience, most recently as an account representative at Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corp. He has extensive knowledge in a variety of mortgage programs and is a military veteran eager to serve military service men and women. Amenson holds a bachelor’s in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Jasmine Berg of Komisar Brady & Co. has earned her certified public accountant certification. Berg has been a staff accountant at Komisar for about a year and a half, and works with business clients on accounting and assurance projects.

Brookfield-based MLG Capital, the real estate investment arm of MLG companies, has promoted both David Binder Jr. and Andrew Sinclair to vice president of private equity. Binder has worked at MLG Capital since 2014, previously serving as assistant vice president of private equity. Sinclair joined MLG companies in 2008 and then rejoined in 2013, most recently serving as assistant vice president of private equity.

Jeff Eichel, an investment consultant at North Shore Investments, has earned membership in the Cetera Investment Services LLC Presidents Club. The honor is bestowed on financial services professionals who demonstrate exceptional commitment to clients and high levels of performance and service. Only eight percent of Cetera professionals receive the elite ranking annually, and Eichel is the first from North Shore Investments to do so. He has more than 22 years of experience in investment consulting.

Komisar Brady & Co. has added Benjamin Thornberry as a desktop support associate. Thornberry has four years of experience in support and IT project positions. He studied IT at Waukesha County Technical College.

The Marcus Corp. has promoted Jeffrey Peterson to senior director of finance and transaction administration. Peterson gained 18 years of hospitality experience at the Hyatt Hotels Corp. and joined Marcus Hotels & Resorts as vice president of operations in 2013. In his new role, he will report directly to The Marcus Corp.’s chief financial officer, Douglas Neis, and will oversee a wide range of finance and strategic initiative responsibilities, including support of MCS Capital, the company’s hotel investment affiliate. Peterson will also serve as a lead member of Marcus Hotels & Resorts’ development team, assisting in underwriting, negotiating, structuring and financing for joint venture agreements and management agreements.
