Justus Morgan and Justin Moilanen will discuss the basics of Social Security, including how benefits are determined for workers, spouses and surviving spouses; the difference between claiming now or delaying benefits and the impact of claiming strategies on retirement. TMA Chicago/Midwest will host Answers to Your Questions about Wisconsin Workouts-Lessons from the Real World on Tuesday, April 1, from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at the Milwaukee Athletic Club, 758 N. Broadway in Milwaukee. The educational program will feature counsel experienced in Wisconsin labor laws, restructurings, bankruptcies and collections. The WARN Act, wage liens, chapter 128 receivership and non-compete agreement enforcement will be discussed by Randall Crocker of von Briesen & Roper S.C., Daryl Diesing and William Hughes of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. and Michael Jankowski of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren S.C. Kim Wynn of Whyte Hirschboeck will moderate the panel. Cost is $50 for members, $40 for NextGen, $70 for non-members and $15 for students.
