BizTimes Milwaukee recently surveyed the members of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW), asking them which development projects should be the top priorities and would provide the best return on investment for the region. Each survey respondent was allowed to pick three projects. The following list ranks the projects by the percentage of CARW members’ votes they attracted.
