Milwaukee County officials have issued a request for proposals (RFP) seeking developers to purchase and develop a 2.3-acre site in the Park East corridor in downtown Milwaukee.
The site is located between Milwaukee Street, Water Street, Broadway and Ogden Avenue.
The site is just west of a Park East corridor block where Wangard Partners will build a 104-unit apartment building southwest of Lyon and Jefferson streets in the Park East corridor. The site is also just northeast of a parking structure that the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) is building. The parking structure will have an athletic field on top of it.
Responses to the RFP are due by 2 p.m. on June 24.
