Milwaukee Broach to move HQ from Menomonee Falls to New Berlin

Menomonee Falls-based cutting tool manufacturer Milwaukee Broach Company Inc. will move from its current location at N52 W13821 Northpark Dr., Menomonee Falls, to a 28,000-square-foot industrial space that it leased recently at 5660 S. Westridge Ct., New Berlin, from a private investment group.

The building is located in the Westridge Business Park. Kevin Barry and Kenneth Braden of Cassidy Turley Barry represented the owner in the transaction. Barry Chavin of NAI/MLG Commercial represented Milwaukee Broach Company.

“We’d outgrown our current facilities,” said Michael DeBakker, president of Milwaukee Broach Company. “We needed to effectively double our production floor and hire additional staff to meet the ever-increasing demand from our customers. We can now increase both. Westridge Business Park is an excellent location with easy access to the interstate, convenient for our employees and visiting customers. With the added benefit of land for expansion as we grow, New Berlin will be Milwaukee Broach’s headquarters for many years to come.”
