A group of investors have purchased a shopping center on Miller Park Way in West Milwaukee for $6.5 million.
Milwaukee-based 2080 MPW, LLC, purchased the property from Fitchburg-based Sara Investment Real Estate, LLC on Nov. 4.
The 59,781-square-foot multi-tenant retail center at 2080-2100 Miller Park Way includes an Allstate Insurance office, Hanger Clinic, Lady Jane’s Haircuts for Men, U.S. Cellular, Rocky Rococo and Wingstop.
The retail center formerly housed OfficeMax, which is now vacant.
Sara Investment Real Estate, a commercial real estate investment and brokerage company, has owned the property since 2011.
“This property proved to be an excellent acquisition for our investors over the past four years and we’re pleased to be able to complete the sale.” said Traci Dalsin, president of Sara Investment Real Estate.
Among the firm’s recent acquisitions were The Tannery, a multi-building office complex in Milwaukee’s Fifth Ward, and Fair Park Business Center in West Allis.
