Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital (MOSH), Franklin, has been named a 2016 Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award winner for the fourth consecutive year.
The award is the result of achieving excellent patient satisfaction survey scores between May 2015 and April 2016. During that time period, MOSH maintained an aggregate overall score of at least 95 percent for all patient surveys received in each of the quarters.

The Guardian of Excellence Award recognizes top-performing healthcare organizations that have consistently achieved the 95th percentile or above for patient experience, engagement or clinical quality performance. MOSH was honored in the category of Patient Experience in Inpatient Care.
