What does your daily or weekly fitness regimen consist of?
Outdoor running 2-3 times per week, including interval training, and weight training 2-3 times per week. I do bicycling in the summer.
What fitness clubs do you belong to, if any?
None
Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
It has allowed me to enjoy outdoor and physical activities and given me the energy to involve my children in sports and other physical activities.
How does personal fitness affect your work life?
It makes it easier to keep high energy levels during demanding times.

No
What health/wellness organizations do you contract with, if any?
None
How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?
We have firm-sponsored teams in walking, running and bicycling events, but really do not have an overall wellness initiative.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
Start by being personally committed, then work to build the same enthusiasm in others.
