Merrill Hills Country Club sold to The Legend for $3 million

The Legend Clubs, owned by Jack Gaudion and Risa Kuhlman, who co-own The Legend at Brandybrook in Wales and The Legend at Bristlecone in Hartland, has purchased Merrill Hills Country Club in Waukesha for $3 million, according to state records. The sale was recorded Wednesday, June 19.

Merrill Hills Country Club, located at W270 S3425 Merrill Hills Road in Waukesha, has been re-named The Legend at Merrill Hills.

The 206-acre property includes a golf course, swimming pools, tennis courts and catering and banquet facilities.

The Legend at Brandybrook and The Legend at Bristlecone are private clubs and Merrill Hills will remain a private club.
