Horsham, Penn.-based Capmark Financial Group Inc. recently sold the Mequon Country Club for $1.515 million to a Milwaukee area investor who plans to renovate the property.
Patrick Gallagher of Siegel-Gallagher and Chris Charnas of Links Capital Advisors Inc. represented Capmark Bank in brokering the sale.
The country club has a 27-hole golf course along the Milwaukee River, a banquet facility, a swimming pool and six tennis courts.
