Neenah-based Menasha Packaging Company has acquired Rand Diversified of Edison, N.J.
Mike Waite, president of Menasha Packaging, said, “The acquisition of Rand Diversified strengthens our geographic coverage with the addition of East Coast fulfillment and contract packaging. Customers continue to value partnerships where Menasha Packaging can manage the entire design through manufacturing through fulfillment process. With the acquisition, Menasha Packaging will have 16 fulfillment operations in Jim Kotek, president and CEO of Menasha Corp., said, “The Rand acquisition broadens our market penetration and increases our offerings in the areas of contract packaging and fulfillment for over-the-counter pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies.
