Minneapolis-based Ryan Companies U.S. Inc. plans to build a 91,000-square-foot medical office and wellness building southwest of U.S. Highway 41/45 and Pilgrim Road in Menomonee Falls.
The facility would have a one-story, 47,500-square-foot health club for the wellness portion and a two-story, 42,500-sqaure-foot medical office portion.
The site was formerly occupied by Western Industries.
The village of Menomonee Falls acquired the property last year and began environmental remediation work this year. The village has also begun work to extend Richfield Way from its current termination at Water Street through the property to Pilgrim Road.
