McGuire Contractors, Inc., of Sussex, WI, has been retained to construct the new Howell Avenue Retail Development located at 7003 South Howell Avenue Oak Creek, WI. This new 10,800 SF development will provide space for up to 7 new retail and/or office tenants. The project will be complete in December of this year. The building was designed by Perspective Design of Wauwatosa, WI.
