The Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries (MBBA) Wisconsin Chapter will present “The New Era of M&A” from 12 noon to 6 p.m. today at the Milwaukee Athletic Club, 758 N. Broadway, Milwaukee. The keynote speaker will be business economist Clare Zempel. In addition to Zempel’s presentation, there will be panels and discussions on a variety of topics including deal momentum and selling distressed businesses.
