Matthews Building rebranded for non-profits

Colliers International|Wisconsin and Wispark LLC today announced the rebranding initiative they have undertaken for the Matthews Building at 301 W. Wisconsin Ave. in downtown Milwaukee.

Now called, The Matthews Building at 301, it is being offered as a profitable venture for non-profit organizations, forging a community culture within the heart of downtown Milwaukee. The building offers existing spaces from 2,705 to 9,876 square feet.

The United Performing Arts Fund recently leased 8,000 square feet of space in the building.

Wispark, the real estate arm of Wisconsin Energy Corp., is the owner of the building and Colliers International|Wisconsin is the listing broker.
