Matt Medvecz recently acquired his commercial real estate license, and has hit the ground running at Milwaukee-based Cushman & Wakefield The Boerke Company. He brings a wealth of relationships and experience with reps, distributors, wholesalers, online retailers, and agencies to the firm’s Retail team. Prior to joining The Boerke Company, Medvecz was with 1099 Rep Recruiters where he was responsible for managing verticals including advertising, apparel & fashion, automotive, construction, consumer products, food & beverage, gift ware, toys, health & medical, and industrial among others.
His broad experience effectively enables Medvecz to bring an additional level of knowledge and strong relationships to the firm’s Retail Team. Prior to his time at 1099 Rep Recruiters, Medvecz spent 8 years as the Director of Player Development and youth coach for the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals where he was able to use his time as a professional hockey player to develop the individual skills and abilities of boys & girls from ages of 10-18. Matt has a lot of strong relationships in the community, and his skill set translates extremely well to the full scope of services offered by The Boerke Company.
