PPC Partners, Inc., Milwaukee, has announced the addition of Matt Lutz as executive vice president. In his new role, Lutz will lead strategic planning for the organization, as well oversee mergers and acquisitions and business and administrative support needs out of the New Berlin, Wis. headquarters. Lutz has served as a member of the PPC Partners, Inc. Board of Directors since Spring 2014 and previously served as the Chair of the Audit Committee. He will remain on the board as a non-voting member.

Prior to joining PPC Partners, Lutz most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for a Welded Construction, L.P., a Bechtel subsidiary, where he led the successful operational, commercial and financial turnaround of the business. Lutz is a results-oriented construction professional with strong business and leadership acumen – all with documented successes. He holds expertise in strategy, M&A, business development, finance and operations. He also has extensive experience working with senior leadership of both public and privately held firms, coupled with a demonstrated ability to lead and influence large, diverse teams in driving results.
In his new role as Executive Vice President at PPC Partners, Lutz will help manage the different organizational teams and be responsible for creating consistent and more efficient business practices as the company plans to grow.
Lutz received his Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University. Lutz also holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance and strategic management from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
