What has fueled your company’s growth? We have been successful in hiring the right people in key positions and attracting top engineering talent. Companies have been driven to seek out the services that we provide by business trends such as IT outsourcing and the use of technology to increase productivity and profitability. The lack of a skilled IT workforce, as well as rapidly evolving technologies that make it difficult for in-house resources to stay up-to-date, have accelerated the need for staff augmentation. There is currently a great demand for information security and risk consulting.

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth? Making the decision to either expand our current location or relocate.

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months? We plan to expand our 24-7 remote operations center. We also plan to expand our sales organization and extend our marketing reach geographically.

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them? I admire Steve Jobs for his commitment to quality and innovation, and Jack Welch for his ability to put the tools/processes in place to grow a business and develop people.

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? The industry is extremely dynamic with continuous growth and opportunity. MasterLink is well positioned to excel in these market conditions.
