The building itself won’t be finished until March of next year, but that didn’t stop a Massachusetts investment firm from buying an 11.7-acre parcel off 4 Mile Road in Caledonia where a 188,846-square-foot spec industrial building is being constructed in the WisPark’s DeBack Farms Business Park.
