- 40 minutes on elliptical or run 4 miles
- 20 minutes of weights and sit ups
- 5 times a week

Being fit has made me a more patient and productive person. I feel better about myself and can’t live without it.
How does personal fitness affect your work life?
Because I know I have to fit a workout in, it helps me to better manage my time.

Those that have been hooked find it to be a stress reliever and gives them more energy.

Just make the decision and get started. Only good things can come from it.
