Mary Albrecht

Port Washington State Bank (PWSB) recently named Mary Albrecht as the new bank secrecy officer (BSA).

Albrecht’s 16 years of service to PWSB, as well as her specialized training to prepare for this new role will allow for a seamless transition.

“As our BSA officer, Mary will be responsible for managing and overseeing the bank’s compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering program (AML),” said James S. Schowalter, senior vice president-chief credit officer. “Mary’s passion for helping people and protecting their accounts combined with the immense knowledge base she acquired from working as branch manager and now as vice president of deposit operations give us great confidence in this promotion.”

Albrecht will continue her duties as vice president of deposit operations.
